DOMESTIC: These will usually reach you in 3-5 days. 

INTERNATIONAL: Please think about selecting the UPGRADED shipping, if you want complete tracking and swift delivery. The basic international option can take a while to arrive to you, and shipping times vary by country. We are NOT responsible for lost packages, once the item has shipped, you will need to contact the shipping company. We will do our best to make sure your items reach you promptly, however once in the hands of the shipping company, it is out of our control.

ALL ADDRESSES MUST BE WRITTEN IN ENGLISH CHARACTERS, we cannot make a label with non-english characters. If you choose to label in such a way, we will do our best to translate. However we are not responsible for errors

All products are super durable, but should they get dirty while gaming or casual use, simple soap and water can get them back to brand new shine.

We do offer wholesale and bulk, but with several conditions including pricing, advertising, and time frame. We make quality handmade goods, and want to make sure anyone who receives something we touched, has the same wonderful experience.

We also require your full and proper name, no nicknames or usernames for orders. We also require your actual address. The shipping service is particular and may send back orders not properly addressed. If you wish to not have the product reshipped to you then you will need to pay a restocking fee of 15 percent.

In certain cases we will accept cancellations past our 24 hour deadline, those cancellations are subject to a 15 percent cancellation fee.
